Acacia Honey 96% (EU origin), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3% (cooked must, wine vinegar. Contains Sulphites. Acidity 6%), 0.5% dried Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), aroma. It may contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp. INGREDIENTS: Acacia honey 96% (Origin EU), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3% (grape must cooked, wine vinegar. Contains Sulfities. Acidity 6%), dried Summer Truffle 0.5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt), flavoring. May contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp.
